Wide body kits are one of the most sought-after body kits out there. I know when i bought my Toyota Supra the first thing i started looking at was the supra TRD widebody kit and the Top Secret Widebody Kit. I ended up finding the Top Secret kit for a good price from a company in California. If you are looking for a widebody kit make sure you know what you are in for. I sure did not know all the work that would be involved. It seems alot of the guys that are rocking the widebody kits own a bodyshop or have a good bit of money and there is a reason for that. If you buy a widebody kit make sure you find a bodyshop that is used to working with fiberglass and put one on before, otherwise they will be chargeing you hours for their learning process. For my supra i paid $3400 after paint and from the work they had to do i figured i got off easy.

In the end it was all worth it, $3500 is well worth being able to fit a sweet set of 19×13 inch wheels on the rear with a almost 5 inch lip. The only problem i had was the rear gas door had to be extended since the widebody kit brought the rear out alot more. I was able to do this with a sparco fuel funnel and cap. So in the end i would reccomend doing it. Not only will you have a one of a kind car in your city but you can also fit on some wider wheels and tires for better grip. If you are on the search for a widebody kit then check out companys like AIT Racing, VIS Racing, Top Secret Japan, TRD and SEIBON. There is also some bodyshops that can build their own and custom make one for your car like JRD Tuning in Hoschton, GA.

Well its been a long month, but we have kept our promise of keeping the site updated and have added 2566 Body Kit pieces. Most of the updates are to the VIS Racing Body Kit line and include front bumpers, side skirts, rear bumpers, duckbills and some carbon fiber hoods that go with the 1992 Acura NSX and Supra Widebody kits. Our next goal is to have all of the AIT Racing kits added by the end of august. We have allready started on some of the kits but there is alot more work to be done. The main goal of this site is not to sell anything but just give you a good idea of whats out there and be able to compare the kits with the wishlist feature. Since most people like to mix and match there kits with different brand names to keep it from looking the same as everyone else. For example go with a Wings West front bumper and some Vis Racing ACE sides for your Acura Integra. The system can also be used if your not to sure what body kit you want to put on your car, with the wishlist feature you can email your wishlist to friends and get there point of view. There is some really nice bodykits out there and then there is some really ugly ones, some i don’t even know who would buy them without getting paid to put it on.

So your looking around for a new body kit and wondering, who are the big players that are known for quality bodykits. There are many diffrent bodykit companys but only some will sell you a kit thats not a total POS!

The first place id go would be Vis Racing they have been around for a long time and all kits are high quality and rarely have fitment issues. If you seen a bodykit with yellow primer on it, more then likely it was a vis racing kit. 

AIT Racing, Calfornia based and most popular for good quality well priced kits. AIT’s fiberglass kits are green and there newer FRP style kits come in black. Fitment with AIT bodykits is most of the time pretty decent with very little issues. The next would be Vision Auto Dynamics known to be a bit cheaper but for the most part not bad. They at one point were cut off from being a vis dealer for copying there kits. If your looking for a good deal and a cheaper price… look for some of there kits.

Wings West, one of the first players in the scene and biggest for a few years. Wings west went out of business and was bought up by VIS Racing. There kits are still made and some of the highest quality Urethane kits you can buy. Wings West is known for parts coming ready to paint with no other added bullshit.

GTP International better known now as CWINGS or Importfan. Best known for there full toyota supra carbon fiber kits. GTP has always been on the top of the game with new kits right away for all the new rides. With tons of JDM bodykits for the 240sx, S15, Skyline GTR. They also import JDM parts like S15 headlights etc.  

Ground Designs 2000 another body kit company once again located in you guessed it, California. Ground Designs is most well known for there black widow kits for the civic with the black widow hood with the gaint scoops. In todays ages its for sure overkill but back in the day they were somewhat cool and something every kid wanted. Ground Designs kits are almost mint for fitment, Talking to them on the phone one time they told me the kits were made in the USA and were made at the same place where the SALEEN S7 body pannels come out of. So if you just want to slap on a kit without a whole lot of hassle maybe check them out.

SEIBON a new player in the game, SEIBON is well know for quality Carbon Fiber Hoods, Trunks and Lip Kits. So what will SEIBON parts cost me? Lets just say you pay for what you get. Some of there honda, acura parts are very well priced but when you get into the audi / supra / lexus high end gear the price gets up there.
